I’m the author of this blog and the President of Office Images, Inc., a company my father started late in his career. My goal in leading this organization is to do whatever I can to provide customers with great products that will make the experience of growing and learning more fun and effective–whether you’re at school, in a training seminar, or at work.
To this end, I religiously comb through journals, books, web resources, and trade shows, looking for best practices, resources and tools that will enhance learning and performance. I also host a popular LinkedIN group, which has become a popular forum for trainers to discuss and share favorite exercises and activities.
Prior to joining my dad in 1997, I spent several years as a trainer and consultant in the field of negotiation and another couple with a business history consulting company. I got my BA from Yale and my business degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. My now well-known secret is that I performed as a clown for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
Over the years, I’ve had articles appear in the Sloan Management Review, Pfeiffer Training Annual, eLearn Magazine, Smart Meetings, Training Magazine, and elearn Magazine.
