I’m the author of this blog and the President of Office Images, Inc., a company my father started late in his career. My goal is to provide customers with great products that will make growing and learning more fun and effective–whether you’re at school, in a training seminar, or at work.
I religiously comb through journals, books, and trade shows, looking for best practices and tools that will enhance learning and performance. I also host a popular LinkedIN group, Effective & Fun Training Techniques for close to 100,000 members.
Prior to joining my dad in 1997, I spent several years as a trainer and consultant in the field of negotiation. I got my BA from Yale and my business degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. My now well-known secret is that I performed as a clown for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
Over the years, I’ve published articles in Sloan Management Review, Pfeiffer Training Annual, eLearn Magazine, Smart Meetings, Training Magazine, and elearn Magazine.
