One thing that amazes me during the pandemic is the surge in creativity. Creativity abounds in all facets of our economy and, hopefully, we’ve contributed as well. I’ve always liked the saying, “Necessity is the mother of invention.” When we see what’s in the works today, how could we ever think otherwise? I wanted to share some staff appreciation ideas — Poems of Praise — for all of these excellent efforts:
Surging in creativity, Trainers Warehouse developed over a dozen new online resources, including virtual team-building games, playful conversation starters tools that are perfect for remote learning, and Poems of Praise (a.k.a. Raving Rhymes), which are another way to show appreciation for folks who are going above and beyond the call of duty to get through this difficult time in our lives.
In the spirit of creativity and appreciation, I want to express my deep gratitude to my staff, my vendors, my customers, my family and friends, and everyone else who is doing their best to stay healthy and spread positive thoughts! Thanks to all of you who are working tirelessly to reinvent the ways we live.
